Members can upload up to six photos on their profiles. They can even add their creative hashtags for faster searches. 

Since the app only has SMS verification to check profiles' authenticity, fake profiles may still be present on the platform.

Check your internet connection, make sure your new photo is larger than 200px by 200px, uninstall and reinstall the app, try uploading through a different source, or try again in an hour in case the Jack’d servers are temporarily down.

Why can't I take a screenshot?

Due to the increase in LGBT hate crimes, Jack’d has disabled the screenshot feature for all mobile devices. Screenshotting can be a harmful tool: it can be used by vindictive men to take note of your details and plan an act of violence or they could post your private photos on Facebook/Twitter/etc., hence it was banned.
